Kopukok's House Of Lewds

Still mostly drawing for the sake of staying sharp and keeping myself busy, and not because I have anything I'm trying to express. I think I'm gonna make a character sheet for this girl (list of likes, dislikes, hobbies, etc.), and see if that helps me settle on a name for her.

It's been way too long since I've drawn Toxapex at all. I really, genuinely adore her personality. She's generally timid, even skittish around others. She's very quiet and usually keeps to herself, but if somebody pushes her hard enough or upsets her enough, she can turn into a stone cold bitch. She really only has one close friend in part because she's pretty deeply introverted, but also because there's precisely one person actually willing look past her layers of cruelty and needlessly intense payback to find the bit of sweetness at her center. . I keep having ideas for little scenes with her. The last time I drew her, she had responded to her best friend throwing a friendly jab at her, something to the effect of "between us, I'm the pretty one", and Toxapex had answered that several days later with "I know how to get back at her! I'll just take a picture of myself fucking her boyfriend, and text that to her with a snarky c...

This is the other picture I made of Calypso with her hair down. Even though I usually try to have some consistency with my characters, whether or not Calypso has a dick seems to depend entirely on my mood when I'm drawing her. Oh well. She's steadily establishing herself more and more in my list of favorite girls to draw, so we're definitely going to see more of her.

I wanted to draw Calypso with her hair down, and I also had the idea of drawing a character just getting out of the shower. Just kinda did both at once. Also, shading! Kind of. I haven't done anything like this before, so I'm still trying to figure out how to handle this well. Since I've found a drawing program that understands what transparency is, adding something like this has become something I can do in 40-60 minutes with a single color by adjusting the transparency of my shading color, instead of taking several hours having to blend all of the colors individually either by guessing, or by using math. I'm not opposed to going back to old pictures to add a shading layer, but since I've got so many of them, I don't want to go back and re-do a whole ton of old pictures. I need a name for this character, because she's developing into a consistent personality now. Like, I had gotten the idea that she's taking a picture of herself for some kind of online dating thing, or something like that. I'm not really solid on the details. I just know that I got the incredibly strong impression that, out of everything she could have possibly done as a potential courtship display, instead of saying "Look! I have symbols of status, and other nice things!", she decided instead to say "Here's a picture of me showing off my dick, and also my Dynamo Roller. This is all you need to know about me." She's right. Well, it would have worked on me, anyway.

I feel like this one came mostly from a place of me trying to remind myself of something important about this character. Most of what I've been doing lately with Kornell, on paper, and in my head and my plans for stuff I'd like to do, has been in relation to Violet. And Kornell is supposed to be bisexual now, but he's also supposed to be at least 60-40 in favor of guys over girls. Basically, I want his time with Violet to be like candy; a special, occasional treat, but not something he could really live off of entirely, at least not long term. To make sure I don't lose sight of that, I figured I'd remind myself of where Kornell's comfort zone is.

If you couldn't tell, I've been mildly obsessed with these two lately. If I've never said it before, the boy's name is Kornell, and the girl's name is Violet. I've said before that I like drawing characters discovering their sexuality. Kornell started out as the foil to that; he'd been the openly and comfortably gay character who would help somebody else learn some things about themselves. Violet just kind of pulled that exact same move on Kornell, here. He's never tried to fuck a girl before, and it turns out, he really, really  likes that too. I haven't got Violet quite figured out yet, but you can bet I'll have something for her when I do.

Just a couple of relatively quick sketches this time. Not really going for anything ambitious or deep; just mostly trying to stay sharp and keep myself occupied. Been drawing mostly worm boys for the past few days, but I've got some other stuff cooking too.
